We complete partial and complete outsourcing projects, providing comprehensive management and handling of logistics operations in our customers’ warehouses or manufacturing sites.
The logistics operator may take over the handling of all operations that can potentially be outsourced in the service process. These include processes connected with loading goods and supervising the loading operations (particularly advantageous where the operator is responsible for the subsequent transport of the shipment) or the delivery of components from a warehouse operated by the operator directly to the production line in the customer’s factor. (‘Just in Sequence’). This solution allows the operator to take responsibility the efficient handling of the entire chain, which often begins with a component supplier located in the Far East. A particularly important part of ‘In-house Logistics’ projects is the adjustment of planned logistical processes to the standards and norms prevalent at the customer’s site, which is why in this variant we often use the Customer’s IT systems, made available to us based on precisely defined rules. We also take over the employment contracts of staff that had earlier worked in the Customer’s organisation, which facilitates a safe and fluid passage to a new model of cooperation.
