Tadeusz Chmielewski
Chairman of the Board, ROHLIG SUUS Logistics SA
He has 30 years of experience in management. He is one of the founders and a member of the first management board of association of customs agencies. He started his relationship with the ROHLIG & CO. group in 1990 and, from 1994, was managing Rohlig Poland as a managing director. 5 years later he purchased 25% of the company’s shares from Elektrim SA.
In 2003, he became the chairman of the management board of Rohlig Poland and in 2006, as a result of a management buyout, he bought over the remaining 75% of shares, becoming the sole proprietor of the enterprise. Soon afterwards, he began the process of rebranding, as a result of which in April 2009 Rohlig Poland was transformed into ROHLIG SUUS Logistics SA and the company strategy was amended.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Physical Education. He also completed MBA at the International Business School at Kozminski University in Warsaw (1997). He expanded his managerial skills during the Annual Improvement of Managerial Skills Programme - Management 2005™, organised by the Canadian International Management Institute and Harvard Business School Publishing. Since 2001, he has been a member of the Polish Business Council Club. He has been a member of the Polish Business Council since 2019.
Piotr Chmielewski,
Board Member
Member of the Management Board since 2020, at the company he is responsible for all development issues, overseeing the areas of sales, technology (start-ups), projects, marketing and communication and international expansion.
He graduated with honours from Cass Business School of London and then spent five years gaining experience in strategy consultancy. He has worked for public administrations and advised numerous companies in Europe in the FMCG, finance, energy, retail and private equity sectors.
Andrzej Kozłowski,
Board Member
Andrzej Kozlowski has many years of experience in management of international forwarding and contract logistics. He worked among others in DHL and Raben. For 7 years he was holding a position of Executive Director in Raben Ukraine. He is fluent in English and Russian, graduated from Warsaw School of Economics.
Adam Galek,
Board Member
Member of the Management Board of ROHLIG SUUS Logistics since September 2018. Responsible for domestic distribution, full truck loads and domestic fleet as well as contract logistics and real estate. He has several years of experience in logistics management, process optimisation and implementation of large implementation and business projects.
Before joining ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, he was a Logistics Director in Eurocash SA, which is a leader in wholesale distribution of FMCG products, earlier in Emperia Holding SA and Eldorado SA. He is the author of publications in trade magazines and a university lecturer for several years. Graduate of Poznań University of Economics and Advanced Management Program - Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University/Catolica Lisbon Business & Economics.
Artur Malarski
Board Member
Manager with nearly 30 years of experience. The last 16 years in the TSL industry. He has professional experience that combines the competence of managing sales processes, operational, project and purchasing structures. Graduate from the Economics and Organization of Foreign Trade at the University of Lodz and the Academy of Leadership Psychology at the Warsaw University of Technology. He has been working for Rohlig SUUS Logistics for 12 years and since April 2023 he is a member of the board, where he is responsible for the development of foreign companies.
