Announcement regarding the transfer of rights and obligations related to the contribution of part of the business of ROHLIG SUUS Logistics s.r.o. into RSL Joppa s.r.o.
ROHLIG SUUS Logistics s.r.o. and its subsidiary, RSL Joppa s.r.o., prepared a process of an arrangement that involves, among other things, transfer of a part of ROHLIG SUUS Logistics s.r.o. business to RSL Joppa s.r.o. This will result in the transition of logistics and related activities currently operated by ROHLIG SUUS Logistics s.r.o. to RSL Joppa s.r.o.
The effective date of these changes is anticipated to be April 2, 2024. As of this date, all activities related to the operation of logistics and related services, including associated legal relationships, customer and supplier contracts previously managed by ROHLIG SUUS Logistics s.r.o., will be transferred to RSL Joppa s.r.o. As at the same date, RSL Joppa s.r.o. will undergo a name change to ROHLIG SUUS Logistics CZ s.r.o. This strategic rebranding is part of our ongoing commitment to providing enhanced services and reinforcing our position in the market.
From April 2, 2024 (incl.), the new identification and contact details to be used on all invoices (regardless of the date of the taxable event) and other business documents shall be as follows:
