Drivers providing full truckload services and line transports between ROHLIG SUUS Logistics branches can use the SUUS TRACKER application. This modern and intuitive application speeds up the flow of information between the driver and the dispatcher, thus increasing transport safety.

Available on Android smartphones, the SUUS TRACKER app supports the driver's work in real time. The mobile app provides an on-line updated list of tasks, their statuses and GPS positioning.
Benefits for the driver from using the SUUS TRACKER application:

• Access to detailed route and cargo information with additional instructions;
• Real-time status of tasks (arrival for loading, start of loading, loading, customs, ferry, arrival for unloading, start of unloading, unloading). Once approved, the information is visible in the ROHLIG SUUS Logistics system;
• Possibility of reporting difficulties (breakdown, road obstructions) with the possibility of quickly dialling the number to the dispatcher or sending an SMS;
• Possibility of reporting any irregularities during loading and unloading, such as: no notification, being held during loading / unloading, damaged goods;
• Speech-to-text processing as well as sending comments and messages;
• Adding photos and attachments that can be viewed in the Carrier's Portal;
• Access to instructions and useful information;
• SMS notifications of plan updates if you log out of the app;
• the application is available in Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian and Turkish.

Thanks to the use of the application by drivers, the carrier can monitor the transport and GPS location of the vehicle in the Carrier's Portal, as well as receive information about difficulties during the implementation of tasks.

A prerequisite for the execution of an FTL order is the confirmation of the execution statuses in the SUUS Tracker application. Access to the application will be sent to the driver via SMS.
