Rohlig SUUS Logistics has been awarded the Best Managed Companies Poland 2023 program organized by the consulting firm Deloitte. The jury appreciated our quality of management, including organizational culture, approach to development, and collaboration. We received the award during the final gala of the program's second edition, which took place on June 15, 2023.

During the award ceremony, the organizers emphasized the importance of our organizational culture, which fosters cooperation, critical thinking, openness to novelty, and innovation. Furthermore, they recognized SUUS as a company that values its own development and that of its employees, where people enjoy working together and spend their time productively.

- SUUS is a family-owned company, meaning that people come first for us. Therefore, while developing in a sustainable manner, we strongly emphasize the social aspect. Together, we have created a unique organizational culture based on respect and trust. We also believe that such people-centric management is the foundation for business efficiency, digital transformation, and expanding the company's competencies. The title of Best Managed Companies only confirms our conviction that we are heading in the right direction, and working with us is a logistic choice," says Piotr Iwo Chmielewski, a member of the management board of Rohlig SUUS Logistics. "In line with our value of being One Step Ahead, we focus on the development of our employees and continuously improving the company, of which participation in this program is an example," he adds.

The Best Managed Companies program is an initiative dedicated to private companies, with the goal of recognizing and promoting Polish entities that achieve excellent results through the best management standards in areas such as organizational culture, corporate governance, innovation, and sustainable development. This initiative is currently active in 41 countries worldwide, including Poland since last year.
