ROHLIG SUUS Logistics provides comprehensive delivery services for the Media-Saturn Group, the leading European retailer of consumer electronics, delivering goods ordered online as well as in conventional retail outlets to the buyer’s designated address.

The operator delivers orders to individual customers from the company’s central warehouse located in the Warsaw region. Shipments include non-palletised freight, exceeding the capabilities of courier service providers (more than 30 kg, more than 0.15 m3), and additionally characterised by high susceptibility to damage.

E-commerce deliveries require special care of the logistics provider as e-customers are some of the most demanding consumers, who attach a great deal of importance to the quality of the order fulfilment process as a whole. That is why the scope of collaboration also includes a range of additional services, such as: carrying the goods up flights of stairs and unpacking, disposal of used items, and payment by cash on delivery (COD).
