Data Protection Officer

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 37 RODO* ROHLIG SUUS Logistics S.A. appointed a Data Protection Inspector.

Apart from other tasks, the Data Protection Inspector shall protect the rights and freedoms of persons whose personal data is processed by the Company. Therefore, these persons may turn to the Data Protection Officer in all matters relating to their personal data, including in particular the exercise of their rights under the RODO. Due to the specific nature of the Company's operations, this will mainly include employees, contractors and their employees, as well as senders and recipients of shipments.

*RODO - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
