Rohlig SUUS Logistics acquires Joppa Logistics and sets its sights on further expansion

Rohlig SUUS Logistics has announced the acquisition of Joppa Logistics, a Czech company specializing in warehousing services and road groupage transport. With this acquisition, SUUS will almost double its market share in the Czech Republic and solidify its position in Central and Eastern Europe. This marks the company's first foreign acquisition and the second in just a few months, following the takeover of the Polish company Expert, which specializes in last-mile deliveries and value-added services. The contract was signed on the 6th June 2023, and the entire transaction is expected to be completed in the following weeks of this year. More

Rohlig SUUS Logistics places importance on foreign expansion and expands its management board

Rohlig SUUS Logistics, Poland's largest logistics operator, has appointed a new board member, Artur Malarski, who will be responsible for the development of foreign companies in Central and Eastern European markets. The company has branches outside Poland in the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary and Slovakia. Expert joins the Rohlig Suus Logistics and strengthens its expertise in e-commerce deliveries

Rohlig Suus Logistics has acquired 100% of the shares in Expert, a company specialising in delivery and value-added services for e-commerce. The transaction will help strengthen the LCL offer of Poland’s largest logistics operator with professional last-mile delivery services for household appliances, consumer electronics, and furniture. Their combined expertise is expected to create the first such comprehensive offer for e-commerce players—from global transport, warehousing, and customs services, to installation and configuration, as well as collection of old equipment.
