Notice as part of information obligation (direct acquisition of personal data from a data subject) in relation to employees of ROHLIG SUUS Logistics S.A.

Information clause

This is to inform you of the following:

Your Data Controller is ROHLIG SUUS Logistics S.A. with seat in Warsaw (02-235) at Równoległa 4A street.

You can contact the individual responsible for carrying out Data Protection Officer duties at ROHLIG SUUS Logistics S.A. via e-mail at iodo@suus.com or by writing to the Data Controller’s address to the attention of „Data Protection Officer”.

Whereas personal data is processed pursuant to article 6, section 1, item c of the General Data Protection Regulation dated on the 27th of April 2016 with the aim of meeting the legal obligations connected with employment, the following constitute the legal basis for its processing:

  • Labor Code Act dated on the 26th of June 1974 (Journal of Laws from 1974 No. 24, item 141, amended);
  • Act on Social Insurance System dated on the 13th of October 1998 (Journal of Laws from 1998 No. 137, item 887, amended);
  • Act on Personal Income Tax dated on the 27th of July 1991 (Journal of Laws from 1991 No. 80, item 350, amended).

Recipients of your personal data shall include:

  • Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych (Social Insurance Institution) in line with existing regulations;
  • sub-contractors who operate and maintain ROHLIG SUUS Logistics S.A.’s IT systems;
  • employees of ROHLIG SUUS Logistics S.A., insofar as their professional duties are concerned.

Your personal data shall not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Your personal data shall be stored for a period of 50 years from the termination of your employment relationship.

You shall have the right to demand of your Data Controller: the right to access your personal data, the right to have it corrected, removed, the right to have its processing restricted, the right to object to its processing and transfer.

You have the right to file a complaint with an appropriate data protection authority.

Your personal data shall not be processed as part of automated decision-making, including as part of profiling.

Whilst you provide your personal data voluntarily, it is a statutory prerequisite for entering into a contract, and failure to provide it will preclude any such employment contract from being made.
