In our activities aimed at local communities and our employees, we focus primarily on concern for education, healthy living and family. These are particularly important areas for us.

With the SUUS Active programme, we encourage our employees to lead an active lifestyle. We periodically organise competitions in which everyone can compare themselves with their colleagues in the following categories: walking, running and cycling. At the end of the competition, the most active competitors receive prizes.

We also sponsor sports teams made up of our employees and support them in participating in sports competitions, e.g. marathons, special occasion runs.

In 2020, we launched the Work & Care Academy - a programme of training to support emotions, as well as to take care of one's health and mental balance. Each employee can also make an appointment with a psychologist.

We are building an organisational culture focused on broad-based development and creating an innovative future together. This is only possible if everyone has an equal opportunity for professional development. This is evidenced by the employment structure of managerial positions, where women account for 55%.

We work with academic centers and students sharing our expertise in logistics as part of university classes, labs, workshops, case studies, projects and student internships as well as support scientific conventions and conferences dedicated to logistics.

Not limiting ourselves to the academic world, in May of 2019 we have started a relationship with a technical college in Skawina outside Cracow with a focus on offering practical on-site student training in a Logistics warehouse facility.

We regularly share our expertise and the insights from our experts at conferences, industry events and by publishing in the media

Health Days are held in our branches, during which employees can meet with a dietician or physiotherapist and find out the answers to their questions.

We care about the health of our employees so we offer a non-wage package of additional benefits and discounts for our employees, including private medical care and co-financing of Multisport cards.

We are committed to working closely with local communities and NGOs. Therefore, many of our activities are carried out locally, in our branches. It is their staff who know the needs of their community best. One of the initiatives we sponsor is 'Moto Mikołajki’, whose participants collect parcels for the wards of orphanages and household chemicals for these institutions.
