Stages of recruitment
- Interview with an HR representative - at this stage, you will go through a general interview, where one of our representatives will assess your skills, abilities, and see if you are fit for the job. You will certainly hear questions about your personality traits, and receive a chance to aks our representative a few questions about our firm.
- Interview with department representative - this is a stage where we assess whether or not you are prepared and have enough professional experience in your chosen department. This is where we would verify your knowledge of foreign languages.
- After this interview you will receive a reply with the result of your application.
