- Tracking & Tracing enables tracking orders in the entire freight process, as well tracing the shipment’s status by the Customer.
- Webbooking enables placing orders online, managing orders, and also ensures current information of the order’s status.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform – based on our Lotus Notes communication platform; supports our business philosophy as per relations with our Customers.
- Extranet, web-based reporting tools that we adapt to the individual needs of our Customers.
