The completed form will not only go to the person directly responsible for the respective are, but also to our Quality Manager, whose key job is to monitor the quality of our services and searching for ways to improve further.
Once we receive your complaint, the person responsible for your area will contact you, and in that way the problem should be solved in the shortest possible period of time.
